PCD PDC TSP
PCD or PCD Polycrystalline Diamond compact that is sintered to a tungsten carbide substrate under HPHT(High Pressure High Temperature method) process.
PDC Drill Blank is used for rock drilling bits.
PCD Cutting Blank is used for mechanical cutting tool.
TSP(Thermally Stable Product)Blank is used for drilling bits or cutting tools. TSP is an unsupported polycrystalline diamond/ceramic composite,which is processed under HPHT process. Due to its high temperature and chemical stability, TSP can withstand up to 1200≧ in the presence of an inert or reducing atmosphere.
Our PCD,PDC and TSP are made using tough and active diamond micron powders with high purity as well as innovative binder systems. These products demonstrate good performance in the cutting and drilling applications.
